Sho-Dee News: Note For Using Linear Rails
Linear rails are belong to precison components, so we have to take special attention when assemling and using them. If misoperation, linear rails may be damaged and shortened the service life.
1. Rust Protection
Please wash the sweat on your hands, and smear the qualified grease, special atttention has to be taken in season of rain and summer. We suggest to wear the rubber gloves when touch the rails.
2. Clean working condition
Please keep clean of rails' working condition, even the very small dust will gain the percentage of abrasion, vibration and noise of linear rails.
3. Appropriate methods of installing
Please be careful when installing the linear rails, they are not allowed to use the strong stamping, or hit by hammer. Also please don't use the cloth or short fiber cloth to clean the rails.
